DATA CONTROLLER.
The Data Controller is lab51 S.r.l., based at Via Riccardo Brusi no. 170 – 47521 Cesena (FC), Italy. You can contact us by email at: info@lab51.it.
As Data Controller, we determine which personal data to process, and the purposes and means of the processing.
WHAT DATA PROCESSING ACTIVITIES ARE CARRIED OUT?
The website https://www.lab51.it/ processes the following personal data:
- Personal data submitted via forms in the “Startup program” and “Contact” sections – Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the user;
- Job applications submitted by the user via the “Work with us” form – Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (personal data); Article 9(2)(c), Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003 in conjunction with General Authorization No. 1/2016 of the Data Protection Authority;
- Photos portraying employees or collaborators of lab51 S.r.l. – Legal basis: consent;
- Browsing data, through technical cookies only or other tracking technologies – Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller to ensure proper website functionality and prevent fraud;
- Browsing data, through third-party analytical cookies – Legal basis: consent obtained through cookie banner.
HOW LONG ARE MY DATA RETAINED?
- Data submitted through the “Contact” form will be deleted after 1 year if no contractual and/or commercial relationship follows;
- Job application data will be kept for 6 months, after which only contact details may be retained for an additional 1 year for potential future opportunities;
- Photos of employees or collaborators will be kept until consent is withdrawn; in such case, all related photos and videos will be deleted accordingly;
- Browsing data collected automatically via cookies or other tracking technologies are retained as specified in the cookie section below.
WHO DO YOU SHARE MY DATA WITH?
- AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL: internal staff, such as employees or collaborators, who process your data in accordance with this notice and within the scope of their duties.
- DATA PROCESSORS: external collaborators who process data on behalf of the Controller under a specific data processing agreement that outlines responsibilities and security measures. These include:
- Hosting service provider (AWS – Amazon Technologies Inc.) with data centers in the EU (Germany);
- Email provider (Gmail) and cloud productivity suite (Google Workspace), both adhering to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission;
- Google Analytics, which provides web analytics services using cookies.
- RECIPIENTS: parties that receive personal data as independent data controllers, such as:
- Social networks Facebook Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation, which collect your data when you click on their plug-ins embedded in our website;
- Judicial or public authorities when required by law or legal proceedings.
