  2. submission of application by user via form in the section "Work with us" - Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (personal data); art. 9 pgf2 lett. c), art. 111 bis Dlgs 196/2003 in conjunction with General Authorization No. 1/2016 of the Privacy Guarantor;
  3. photos depicting employees or collaborators of lab51 S.r.l.– Legal basis: consent;
  4. Browsing data, via technical cookies only, or other tracking systems - Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Owner for the proper functioning of the website and fraud prevention;
  5. Browsing data, via third-party analytical cookies – Legal basis: consent acquired through cookie banner.

HOW LONG IS MY DATA STORED?

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes that have been stated above.
  1. Personal data you communicate to us by filling out the "Startup Program" and "Contact" Forms will be deleted after 1 year if the communication was not followed by any contractual and/or business relationship;
  2. Personal data entered to submit your application online will be stored for 6 months, at the end of which they will be retained, for 1 additional year, only the necessary contact data to contact you again with a view to possible applications for which you may be eligible;
  3. Photos depicting employees or collaborators of lab51 S.r.l. will be stored until they decide to revoke their previously given consent; in which case we will endeavor to delete any photos and videos depicting them respecting their choice;
  4. Browsing data are collected automaticallyby means of cookies or other tracking technologies that help us improve user experience and understand user interactions on the site. To learn about their retention period, please read below in the section on cookies.
